south of Orlando and Kissimmee on Highway 27.Southern
Dunes is a PGA championship golf course rated
in the top six in Florida.

Steakhouse restaurants to name but a few.
Southern Dunes is an ideal base from which to visit all
the major attractions, being a 15 minute drive to the
gates of Disney, 25-30 minutes to Universal Studios,
Islands of Adventure and Sea World. Busch Gardens and
Kennedy Space Centre are about an hours drive away.
